In other words, we'll make sure the addresses conform with Royal Mail requirements for mailing and most importantly, to ensure that you will make the most of the bulk mailing discounts available with Regional Mail Services, Royal Mail Mailsort and An Post PostAim (for RoI mailings)

    List Cleaning

    • Cutting waste from your data is not only good commercial practice, but can now generate savings in your costs. To help you to make these savings we offer the following data cleaning options:
          o Gone away removal
          o Deceased removal
          o Duplicate address removal
          o Undeliverable address removal
          o Address correction to the Royal Mail PAF.
    • We also offer a returned mail data capture service that will enable you to remove these customers from future mailings.
