As you will see from the profiles below, 2 members of the team were previous clients of MailMatters, so who better to know what it's like to be in your shoes! Combining this experience with the service that our Senior Account Manager has in MailMatters, we know the importance of keeping you informed and updated. That's why you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will guide you through the mailing process from initial quotation to confirmation of postage. As well as advising you at the beginning of your mailing where improvements or savings could be made, your Account Manager will advise on timescales and keep you informed of the progress of your project

David Marcus - Senior Account Manager

David's now part of the furniture - an extremely vital part! Having joined MailMatters from Calor back in 1990, David has successfully looked after our key accounts for over 12 years. So, what he doesn't know about the industry ain't worth knowing!

Allison Sloan - Account Manager

Starting her career in Financial Services, Allison moved on to work with a local Direct Marketing Agency for 6 years, whose clients included major UK-based charities and universities. In fact, Allison was a former customer and joined MailMatters on a permanent basis in September 2006. With her agency experience, Allison is a natural choice if you need any advice on campaign planning.

Mairead McComb - Account Manager

After studying for her HND then Post Grad in Marketing, Mairead joined Simon Community in 2001, where she reported directly to the Director of Fundraising. Also a former customer, we successfully recruited her to the MailMatters family in October 2006. As a proven fundraiser, Mairead is our resident expert in the Charity sector.
